What does The Next Drop do?+
It gives you one link to share with your WhatsApp group or social followers. People order on that page; you see every order, who's paid, and totals of what to prepare — instead of scrolling through chat.
What is a drop?+
A short-window sale: you list what's available, set stock and a deadline, share the link, take the orders, then fulfil them. When it's done, you can run the same drop again.
Do my customers need an account?+
No. They enter a name and mobile number (and an address only if you deliver). No password, nothing to download.
Do they need to download an app?+
No. The link opens as a normal web page — including inside WhatsApp's own browser.
Can customers pay through The Next Drop?+
Not yet. Today you set your own payment instructions (for example bank transfer) and they're shown to the customer with their order number as the reference. You mark orders as paid when the money arrives. Card payment at checkout is on our list once enough sellers ask for it.
Can I use bank transfer?+
Yes. Add your account name, sort code and account number once; every confirmation shows them with a unique reference so you can match payments.
Can I close a drop early?+
Yes, with one tap. You can also set a closing time in advance and the drop closes itself when the time comes.
What happens when something sells out?+
It shows as sold out the moment the last one is ordered. Two people can't buy the same last item — stock is checked and reduced in the same instant the order is placed.
Can I run collection only?+
Yes. Choose collection only, delivery only, or both. For collection you can add a location, instructions and time slots.
Can I offer delivery?+
Yes, with a flat delivery fee and notes such as the areas you cover. We don't do courier labels or tracking — this is for local delivery you do yourself.
Can I duplicate last week's drop?+
“Run this drop again” copies the products, photos, prices, collection settings and payment instructions with stock reset — you just set the new times and share.
Is customer data GDPR compliant?+
Yes. You're the data controller and we process data on your behalf under our Data Processing Agreement. Data is held in the EEA, buyers are never tracked or marketed to by us, and you can export or erase any customer from your dashboard.
Is it really one payment?+
Yes. £19.99 once, after the free trial, and you are never charged again — no subscription, no renewals, and we take no cut of your sales. "For life" means for as long as The Next Drop runs, with every feature we build included. If we ever add something with a real per-seller cost, such as card payments at checkout or text messages, that could be charged separately and we would say so plainly before you bought it.
Can I export my orders?+
Yes — download any drop’s orders as a CSV, and download everything you’ve ever stored from Settings.
Can I try it before paying?+
Yes. Three weeks free, no card required. If you decide not to pay, your dashboard locks but every drop link you have shared stays live, and you can export your data at any time.

Built to be trusted with your customers' details

  • Customers give only a name, mobile number and, if you deliver, an address. Nothing else.
  • No advertising or tracking cookies, anywhere — so no cookie banner either.
  • Every seller sees only their own data; that's enforced in the database, not just the app.
  • A proper UK GDPR Data Processing Agreement, hosted in Frankfurt, with self-service export and erase.
  • Allergen and dietary labels for food sellers, in line with Natasha's Law.
